THE PROBLEM

So, everything was running smoothly until I couldn’t log in to the instance through the SYSTEM user.

I was getting this error each time I tried: ERROR:

ORA-01034: ORACLE not available.

The Solution

Login to Sqlplus using your sys as sysdba credentials to log in

Then run-> Startup

This command will start up the instance which will solve the error.
